Departmental Consolidation
of the Customs Tariff – 2006

January 1, 2006

This Departmental Consolidation is based on information available at the time of publishing. Any changes made to the Customs Tariff after November 23, 2005 are not included, but will be reflected in an amendment package.

The changes to the Departmental Consolidation of the Customs Tariff 2006 are as follows:

  • Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 82 of the Customs Tariff, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Schedule to the Customs Tariff, 2005-4.   • Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 82 of the Customs Tariff, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Schedule to the Customs Tariff, 2005-3 (Textiles and Apparel).   • Amendments to statistical suffixes
