Certain Steel Fasteners

Ottawa, March 8, 2011

Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has revised the list of co-operative exporters with specific normal values for certain steel fasteners originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China and Chinese Taipei.

This notice is to advise you that normal values have been issued for products manufactured by Top-Green Corporation of Chinese Taipei. These will be applicable to subject goods released from Customs on or after June 30, 2010.

Specific normal values for future shipments have been determined for the following cooperative exporters listed below.

PLEASE NOTE: Where the foreign manufacturers and/or exporters listed below have normal values for their goods, importers are cautioned that anti-dumping duty may still be liable. Please refer to the SIMA Self-Assessment Guide for information on how to determine the potential liability:
