The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has today revised the schedule concerning its re-investigation, pursuant to the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), in respect of certain steel structural tubing originating in or exported from the Republic of Korea, South Africa and Turkey.
Please note that the re-investigation will now be concluded on March 11, 2011. The advancement of the conclusion date has affected other deadlines within the proceeding. The revised schedule can be found on the CBSA's website under the heading certain steel structural tubing at http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/sima-lmsi/menu-eng.html.
