Waterproof Footwear and Bottoms of Rubber and Plastic

The Canada Border Services Agency announced today that it has initiated a re-investigation respecting certain waterproof footwear and bottoms of plastic or rubber originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China. This review of normal values and export prices is part of the CBSA's enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal's finding of December 8, 2000.
