Notice of Conclusion of Review

Review of the Subsidizing of Certain Hot-rolled Steel Plate from India, Indonesia and Thailand

September 2, 2004

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced today that it has concluded its review of amounts of subsidy respecting certain hot-rolled carbon steel plate and high strength low-alloy steel plate originating in or exported from India, Indonesia and Thailand. The review was part of the CBSA's enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal's injury finding of June 27, 2000.
