Certain Oil Country Tubular Goods – Notice of Undertaking Proposal

Ottawa, January 6, 2010

On January 6, 2010, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has received an undertaking proposal from Jiangsu Changbao Steel Tube Company Limited, Changzhou City, the People's Republic of China, in relation with its exports to Canada of certain oil country tubular goods. This undertaking proposal has been filed in the prescribed time specified in the Special Import Measures Act, i.e. no later than sixty days after the preliminary determinations of dumping and subsidizing made on November 23, 2009. The CBSA has notified all interested parties to the proceedings of the undertaking proposal and the opportunity to make representations within nine days of the date of receipt of the undertaking proposal.
