Erratum - Laminate Flooring

CONCERNING THE PRELIMINARY DETERMINATION OF DUMPING OF CERTAIN LAMINATE FLOORING FROM AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA, FRANCE, THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY, AND THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND (POLAND) AND THE PRELIMINARY DETERMINATION OF SUBSIDIZATION OF SUCH PRODUCT FROM THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA

ERRATUM

The CBSA incorrectly reported the margin of dumping for France and Poland on the day of the preliminary determination.

The correct estimated margins of dumping are as follows:

The correct provisional duty payable for subject goods originating in or exported from France and Poland are:

*- expressed as a percentage of export price

These corrected estimated margins of dumping are contained in the "Fact Sheet for Preliminary Determination - revised February 18, 2005" and will appear in the Statement of Reasons that will be released on March 3, 2005.
