Penalties

There are no monetary penalties associated with the PIP program but members must meet and remain compliant with the program’s requirements to maintain their membership status.

Suspended or cancelled membership

Companies may have their membership suspended or cancelled if they are found to have contravened the Customs Act or any other act of Parliament, or if they are no longer compliant with PIP program requirements or their roles or responsibilities as PIP members.

Appeals
