Highway Sufferance Warehouse Closure (Wallaceburg, ON)

1. The purpose of this notice is to advise that, effective September 23, 2009, D.L. Zinn Customs Brokers Ltd., operator of Wallaceburg Sufferance Warehouse, located at 24 Herbert Street, Wallaceburg, Ontario N8A 1T1, will be surrendering their highway sufferance warehouse licence. The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has decided not to advertise for a new highway sufferance warehouse at this port.

2. Therefore, as of September 24, 2009, all bonded highway carriers transporting in-bond commercial freight destined for clearance at the Wallaceburg Sufferance Warehouse should report to an alternate highway sufferance warehouse.
