National Risk Assessment Centre - ACI Marine and Air Targeting

Calls to the National Risk Assessment Centre (NRAC) should only relate to risk assessment notices (e.g. Do Not Load, Do Not Unload, etc.) issued by the NRAC. Questions related to notices from the local CBSA offices are to be directed to the appropriate office in the region.

For Air, clients are to contact either the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Risk Assessment Unit (RAU) for flights landing at Pearson International Airport (PIA), or the NRAC for flights landing at any other airport in Canada.
